This website employs no browser-specific characteristics, and should be
viewable in any browser that supports frames.

Documents for download are provided in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf)
for Adobe Reader 5, which is available for almost any platform.
As long as possible, pdf documents will be provided for Adobe Reader 5 to
accomodate Windows systems that don't employ Internet Explorer, and to accomodate
linux/Unix users. For mysterious reasons, Adobe Reader 6 requires MSIE on
Windows/i86, and it is not yet (Nov 2004) provided for linux/Unix. Tip: Adobe Reader 5.0.5 for Windows/i86 without MSIE may be downloaded from
the Adobe website by specifying Windows 95 or Windows 98
for the Operating System.
A standards-compliant browser which is provided for a multitude of platforms
may be found via the link to the right.
A contemporary and capable e-mail client may be found here.
